1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "888xk", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 888xk platform and the company operating it under its international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 888xk platform or who accesses 888xk services.
• "Platform" means the 888xk website accessible at 888xk.net, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slot games, and account management facilities.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the 888xk platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in a Player's 888xk account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager on qualifying games before Bonus Funds or bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by 888xk prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 888xk platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or features of the 888xk platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, and do not replace or supersede, any specific rules published for individual games, tournaments, or promotions on the 888xk platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any game-specific rules, the more specific rules will apply to that game or feature only.

888xk reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 888xk platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 888xk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 888xk strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
2. You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or legal entity.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of 888xk or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion period, voluntary or mandatory, that would prohibit your access to online gambling services.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not be accessing 888xk from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 888xk at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering your 888xk account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or another person's details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888xk account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 888xk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You must notify 888xk support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of account security. 888xk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.

888xk reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

5.1 Deposits. 888xk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your 888xk Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmed receipt.

5.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 888xk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

5.3 Verification Requirements. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 888xk may require Players to submit identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Verified accounts in good standing can expect same-day processing for standard withdrawal amounts via local payment methods. 888xk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

5.4 Currency. All account balances, bets, and transactions on 888xk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversions are applied to standard transactions via approved Pakistani payment methods.

5.5 Transaction Limits. 888xk may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion and in compliance with its licensing obligations. Players may also set personal deposit limits through their account responsible gaming settings.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

888xk offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are added to your 888xk account separately from your Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is wagered first unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games on 888xk contribute equally to wagering requirement fulfilment. Game contribution percentages are disclosed in the relevant promotion terms. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a lower percentage than slots.
• 888xk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-claim, 888xk will honour the terms applicable at the time the Player opted in.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, collusion, or exploitation of errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on 888xk, including cricket, PSL, football, and other markets, are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Odds are displayed as offered at the time of bet placement. 888xk reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds.

7.2 Casino Games. All casino games available on 888xk, including slots, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar, are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published where required by 888xk's licensing conditions.

7.3 Live Betting. In-play sports betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. 888xk cannot guarantee the availability of any specific in-play market and reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time.

7.4 Bet Acceptance. 888xk reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets from Players identified as professional or advantage players. Confirmation of a bet does not guarantee settlement until the relevant event has been completed and results verified.

7.5 Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 888xk will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round or wager. 888xk's decision in such matters is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888xk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Registering more than one account on 888xk, whether in your own name or using another person's details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games on 888xk.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games or in betting markets in any way that manipulates outcomes to the detriment of 888xk or other Players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 888xk platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using 888xk to conduct any illegal financial transaction.
• Abusing the bonus system by registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate welcome bonuses or by using low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value while circumventing the intent of wagering requirements.
• Engaging in any conduct that 888xk reasonably determines to be disruptive, abusive, or harmful to other Players, 888xk staff, or the integrity of the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888xk platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, and design — is the exclusive property of 888xk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 888xk platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any 888xk content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 888xk software or game code;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from 888xk content; or
• Create derivative works based on any part of the 888xk platform without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 888xk intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

888xk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on 888xk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

888xk uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and communication of promotional offers where you have opted in to receive them.

888xk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party processors only where necessary for the delivery of platform services and only under contractual data protection obligations. 888xk employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and applies industry-standard data security practices.

11 Responsible Gaming

888xk is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 888xk account. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. An alert will be displayed when the limit is reached and your session will automatically end if you do not respond.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your 888xk account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 90 days. You will not be able to log in or place bets during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 888xk platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum of six months and are processed within 24 hours of submission.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, 888xk encourages you to use these tools immediately and to seek support from a recognised responsible gambling organisation. Must be 21+ to register and play on 888xk.

12 Limitation of Liability

888xk provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888xk disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

888xk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 888xk platform, even if 888xk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

888xk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 888xk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888xk shall not be liable for any loss arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or any other event beyond 888xk's reasonable control.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by 888xk. 888xk reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Player's account at any time and without prior notice where 888xk has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.

13.2 Investigation Period. During a suspension, access to account funds may be restricted pending completion of an investigation. Where a suspension results from suspected fraud or financial crime, funds may be withheld indefinitely or forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation.

13.3 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 888xk account at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the funds in question.

13.4 Dormant Accounts. 888xk may classify an account as dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. 888xk will provide advance notice before applying any dormancy policy and will not charge dormancy fees without such notice.

14 Amendments to These Terms

888xk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the date of last revision displayed in the page header.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus eligibility, or liability terms — 888xk will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, by means of a notice displayed upon login to the 888xk platform.

Your continued use of the 888xk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease use of the platform and submit a withdrawal of your remaining balance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888xk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to 888xk's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, Players must contact 888xk support in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and supporting evidence. 888xk will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
